We safely disconnect and remove your existing water heater, including proper disposal. If the old unit leaked, we inspect the surrounding area for water damage and can coordinate with our sister company, The Design House, for any necessary repairs.

Step 3: Professional Installation

Your new water heater is installed to manufacturer specifications and Texas plumbing code requirements. This includes proper venting, gas line connections (with leak testing), water line connections, expansion tank installation where required, and seismic strapping per local code.

Step 4: Testing & Walkthrough

We test every connection, verify proper operation, and walk you through your new unit's controls, maintenance schedule, and warranty coverage. We set the temperature to the recommended 120°F and ensure everything is working perfectly before we leave.
